We meet young people where they are and help them move forward with confidence. Our programs combine mentorship, leadership development, career preparation, and family support so participants can build useful skills, strengthen their networks, and pursue meaningful opportunities.
Project Elevate
Our back-to-school initiative helps students begin the year prepared and confident through school supplies, shoes, grooming support, encouragement, and connections to additional resources.
Community Initiatives
Seasonal programs, including our Thanksgiving meal distribution and Holiday Experience, respond to immediate needs while creating welcoming spaces for families to connect and receive support.

Who we are
High Frequency Era Foundation is a youth and community development organization serving Washington, DC. Founded by Robert K. Daye and supported by Program Director Anthony Halmon, the Foundation focuses on leadership development, career readiness, mentoring, and practical support for families.
We are building an organization that is responsive to the community, accountable to the people we serve, and prepared to work alongside schools, employers, government agencies, funders, and nonprofit partners.
